capital expenditure on a new School, which I am not at
present prepared to recommend, and at the same time will
be relieved of the insecure tenure of the present month
to month lease.

Kowloon Inland Lot No.1652 lies just within
the boundary of the Colony proper and occupies a site which
with normal development promises to be of greatly enhanced
value in the future.
